General Terms and Conditions

Steder is part of Neele-Vat and therefore The Neele-Vat General Terms and Conditions, supplemented by the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), including the arbitration clause, apply to all our services, insofar as not otherwise provided. Any other terms and conditions are excluded. In regard to any transportation, we shall only act as a freight forwarder and not as a carrier, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The Dutch Warehousing Conditions (Nederlandse Opslagvoorwaarden), including the arbitration clause, apply to all elements of agreements relating to storage. Neele-Vat does not provide services in the capacity of economic operator. The Fenex Market Surveillance Conditions, apply to all offers, orders and/or agreements that include goods to be placed on the market of the European Union as described by art. 4 sub 1 and 5 jo. art. 3 sub 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1020. The latest version of all the above-mentioned conditions shall apply. Dutch law applies. The applicable terms and conditions are attached hereto and form an integral part hereof.
